What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Superhero Bulking Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Superhero Bulking Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Before watching Greg’s videos, and following this Kinobody lifestyle, i was eating so much protein like 300gr per day, buying protein powders and all that sh*t, wasting my money, and i was working out 6days a week !!
Now I’m training 3 days a week, and making really good muscle gains.
What did you like best about the Superhero Bulking Program?
3 days split workout, and the intermittent fasting
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The strength, and the muscle gains, specially on my arms, legs and shoulders.
How is your life better after following the Superhero Bulking Program?
With the 3 days workout split, i have so many time to socialize, grow, and specially i feel way more healthy with the IF.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Don’t miss the legg day, don’t buy protein shakes, you can get those grams of protein from good flavored foods, and enjoy your life.
