What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?

I followed Superhero Bulking Program.

What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Superhero Bulking Program? (And were you getting any results?)

I would do your simple pyramid sets workout program. This type of workout style worked for about a year until i hit a major plateau.

What did you like best about the Superhero Bulking Program?

What I liked best was the use of not having to eat every 2 hours and having to only 2 big meals a day. And getting strong as fuck while doing it.

What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?

The most significant change I did was the use of tracking my progress by using the compound movements and not by how much I weight.

How is your life better after following the Superhero Bulking Program?

Well, I don’t have to be thinking about food all day and not eating breakfast in the morning does help me not feel nauseating.

What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?

Remember even though this is a bad ass program your still going to have work your ass off to get your dream body.
