What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I used to do one of those Home-workouts like Insanity and Tapout xt and I made good results but I couldn’t maintain it! Working out 5 days a week and eating 5 meals a day is something I couldn’t handle, It’s just not for me.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
I really love the idea of Intermittent fasting. That approach really made a difference for me when it comes to dieting. I am able to eat whatever I want (within reason of course) without feeling guilty about it and still make progress!! I feel more like human not a robot.. It makes the journey more sustainable and enjoyable.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Kinobody workouts change my mindset really,I am a total newbie to lifting and that mindset made me feel intimidated about lifting, I always assumed that I am weak! but once I started following kinobody workouts, I started to feel the difference. Before kinobody, I used to struggle doing 6 regular pull ups but now I am able to do weighted pull ups(50 LBS) now which is an amazing accomplishment for a newbie like me!
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
As of now, My life is easy Breezy really, I am able to enjoy eating food that I like without feeling guilty about it. I am able to hangout with friends and family more often without feeling guilty about missing a workout! I do work 6 days a week and still manage to make time to workout without feeling tired or fatigue! How awesome is that??
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
To keep it simple, Kinobody program works! The nutrition and workout program is designed to make the experience most sustainable, enjoyable the best way possible.It’s simple and easy to follow

Kinobody approach is something I really enjoy and I will continue to follow.NO Program Hopping!
