What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Pretty much I was eating as much as I could to gain weight and get big. I was taking unnecessary supplements and I wasn’t getting anywhere.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
I feel healthier and less bloated! My strength and physical appearance has progressed substantially.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I’ve never really had defined abs. My abs are finally starting to define and cut up. Also too my chest and arm measurements have gone up a lot. My strength increased drastically.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
I just feel great. I look good and my self confidence has gotten a lot better with my transformation.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Stick to it and track the program.
