What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?

I followed Warrior Shredding Program.

What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)

I have been doing judo for 15 years, then stopped for 2. Tried the daily 6 times eating did not work.

What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?

IF is amazing and easy to do on university. Damn I even got a girlfriend! I feel better in my body, i am much more confident..and them GAINS!

What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?

This is the first time I got around 10% bodyfat…I was always around 15 at my best!

How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?

In every ways. I feel more energetic, I can concentrate better.

What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?

Just follow everything Greg has to offer, and it will work 100% :)
