What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
3 day splits twice a week pretty much spinning my wheels. Small tiny meals pretty much always in ketosis from zero carbs.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
I love that I’m not dreading the gym or meal prepping anymore. The presence chapter really took all the stress away from my training and diet mentality.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
My chest starting to square up. I’ve always had man boobs even at low bf because I had no upper chest mass. From a side view it’s still not there yet but from the front I’m starting to get that squared off chest.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
Fitness is now just something I do, I enjoy my time in the gym and I’m less worried about my appearance now that I have this relaxed approach where my goal is to get stronger. For me know g that each workout I’m adding a rep or adding weight shows progress whereas before I’d be measuring progress by how I looked in the mirror and obviously those results are soo slow and meandering but numbers always change.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Just jump in, it’s not bullshit.
