What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I did some sporadic intermittent fasting but it wasn’t until I dialed in my macros that I started seeing results.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
The best thing about kinobody is the simplicity. You only have to go to the gym 2-3 times a week without doing any insane cardio, do certain key exercises and the fat just melts off and muscles get stronger.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
My abs lol were probably the most significant. I’ve always wanted a great set of abs. Ever since I was in middle school. Now I know that my physique can always improve.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
It’s given me a certain confidence in myself. It’s also very cool to know that now I have the knowledge to burn fat and get stronger whenever and wherever I want to. I will have this knowledge with me for the rest of my life.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Follow it as closely to the letter as you can and trust in the program. In a week or two the results will kick in. Guaranteed.
