I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
None, just drinking a lot of alcohol and eating junk food :-)

The flexibility and the motivational videos. The program is very clear and easy to follow!

The strength gain and overall fitness gave me a lot of confidence!

What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Just get on with it, follow the program, don’t stress out about it and the results will eventually show! Believe in yourself, if you can visualize it, you can realize it!
