What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was working out literally 6-7 days a week and I didn’t care what I ate. I ate anything and everything and I did this for about a year and I did build muscle but also a lot of fat.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
I loved that I saw results instantly and it was super easy to follow.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I was actually motivated to hit the gym and destroy the weights because it was only 3 days a week.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
I feel completely different. I feel like I can actually live now and not have the gym on my mind 24/7 and not be self conscious anymore.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Just stick with it because these programs actually work.
