What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
My own routine. The results were minimal.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
How easy it was to keep up. I can’t even make an excuse to not go to the gym because it was such a short routine.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
My eating habits. I used to eat pretty clean but I never really measured my macros.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
Simply amazing. I look and feel great. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been before.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Do exactly what you say. Don’t change a thing.
Any final notes?
Thank you for opening my eyes to a better much easier approach. Before, I couldn’t really keep up with my routine or diet because of my work schedule. I’m an animator, so my hours can range between 8 to 12+ hours. So having a flexible schedule for my workouts and meals was a true blessing!
