What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was eating about 1100 calories with low carbs and low fat. And I was doing intense mixed martial arts and calisthenics interval training 7 days a week . I saw very good results but it was not maintainable.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
I can eat more, workout less, enjoy life, and see better results physique wise and strength wise.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The strength training entirely changed my perspective of working out.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
I feel better, I look better, I’m stronger than ever, and my life has changed completely.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Follow the program and trust it to do its job because kinobody is the best program in the world for getting the physique that you want. You get immediate results and then keep making gradual progress rather than hitting major platues and even seeing decreases in performance. You finally be able to enjoy life and be in the best shape ever.
Any final notes?
I absolutely love the kinobody system. It has entirely changed my life and perspective on many things. I’m also in the greatest shape of my life. I have so much more confidence which has helped me with my martial arts training and outlook on things in life. Definitely the best 50 dollars I’ve ever spent or ever will spend.
