What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Before Kinobody, I basically ate 500 calories a day and killed myself with cardio. Every morning I would do 30 min HIIT cardio. The beginning showed results but after a month of this the results stopped. This is when I decided to try the Kinobody lifestyle.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
What I enjoy the most about these programs is that they make losing weight and building muscle much more enjoyable than any other program ive ever tried. Intermittent fasting is one of the best things I have ever done and plan to continue doing it for as long as possible.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I started feeling excited to go to the gym because I knew I was going to achieve a new personal record each workout. I also like that with these workout you don’t have to spend hours and hours of time in the gym per week.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
I am more confident. Clothes finally look great on me again. I actually enjoy working out and I almost never have cravings for food and if I do it is easy to in corporate them into my diet since I can cut a huge chunk of calories that I would eat in the mornings and use them later for the cravings.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Stick with it for two week without cheating. Do the fasting and do the workouts. The first week will show you how easy and fast you can lose fat with these programs and the second week is to show you how much stronger you can become by continouing. After these two weeks you wont want to stop.
