What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was doing 4-5 high volume workouts per week and ate like +3000kcals a day. Kind of program that you first find on the internet, made by random bros or advanced juicing lifters, so really far from what a normal natural fitness-enthusiast could handle in terms of volume. My stomach was upset, I was feeling bloated and I really didn`t make progress in the gym.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
Low volume workouts led to continuous progress in the gym. I finally realized how important it is to give your body time for recovery.
Intermittent fasting made my life so much easier. Not having to prepare food all the time, not having to wash the dishes all the time. Really big and satisfying meals, some treats here and there. I also began to drink coffee which is probably the best single thing in the mornings of every day life.
Greg`s Eckhart Tolle inspired philosophy has been a really powerful inspiration too. I have familiarized myself with teachings of Tolle and it has become a routine to listen to him 20min/day as Greg suggested in his free Morning Routine download. It`s really forceful.

I think the Greek Gods have given Greg a powerful gift. A gift that allows him and his followers to achieve incredible aesthetic physics while enjoying the adventure of life. Thank you Greg!
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I look much much better. I even grew a beard. That`s a shame in terms of revealing my new awesome jaw-line in the progress pictures. But anyway, I feel and look a lot better!
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
I`m gaining confidence every day. I`m not saying it`s all because of Kinobody but it has definitely been a major force by making me feel and look better.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Do it! I know it seems so contrary to almost every other fitness-approach in the internet. But take a look at Greg and his followers. It works!
