What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was following the body beast program with some results but once I started intermittent fasting along with lifting as heavy as I could I could really see the results starting to show fast!
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
I really like the intermittent fasting and only needing to concentrate on getting stronger on key lifts. I am 35 years old married, have 3 kids and work full time. The little time needed to eat and train is the only workout program that I am able to fit into my schedule.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The fat loss and strength gains.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
Let’s just say my wife is not complaining and I have lots of energy to play with the kids!
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Just stick to it and follow the advice as closely as you can. Results might not show right away but the will show eventually in a huge way!
Any final notes?
I was able to do this transformation only by watching and reading Greg’s you tube videos and blog posts. I haven’t had to purchase anything to achieve these results! Just followed the free advice! I plan on purchasing the superhero bulking program for 2016 to pack on some dense muscle weight.
