What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
All I did before was eat junk and lift heavy, since following the program(I still have more to go) I’ve lost a substantial amount of weight and am way healthier. I still have to get shoulder surgery hence the lack of chin-ups but overall health has gone up. Also my mind is much clearer and more focused that I’ve been able to increase my productivity with my own business. This has only been 3 months and I plan on more.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
Eating!! Eating the food I enjoy and getting ripped. It’s pretty basic but it’s true.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
My confidence had always been strong but it’s multiplied to where people around me want to be part of whatever it is I’m doing. I’ve had business associates in their 40s who are stubborn wealthy men who are following what I do including eating just by watching what I do. I also find because of the sharper focus people listen much more intently when I speak. As I said it has trickled into all a sects of my life and let’s be honest looking good in clothes isn’t half bad either. In the past I would buy very expensive clothing just to compensate for not having the best build so it was based on brands, now I can go to a place like h&m and find cheaper close these that look good just because my body supports it. Sorry holt renfrew lol.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Simple…”forget everything you think you know about health and fitness and just do it”.
Any final notes?
Just to say that is is something that we living in North America need to do for many reasons, health being priority, to cut down on overconsumption and polluting. What I don’t think people realize about eating this way is that 1. By being this much healthier you are not visiting the dr as much and you can reverse a ton of negative effects on your body and cut down if not cut off medication all together(great for society bad for big pharma) therefore decreasing taxes to support obesity and 2. By eating this way you are constantly not over eating junk and too much food which can actually save the planet and by eating more whole and raw foods you cut out the need for overly processed shit. Eating this way can Actualy save money and the planet all while looking good. Not a bad side effect.
Hey man I appreciate you spending the time to write down your story in such detail. I myself am I big guy as well, I currently am 6 ft 4 inches and weigh 280. I just started this workout 2 weeks ago and have lost 5 lbs! It’s nice to see someone with above average muscle who this worked for!
