What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Mostly bodyweight exercises like pull ups, push ups, and ab work. Also would do basic weight training (flat bench, curls, squats etc.) but did not really track my lifts. I used cardio as a means to try to get lean–as opposed to diet–and struggled to ever dip below 12% BF.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
Intermittent fasting allowed me to eat pretty much whatever I wanted in addition to drinking 2-3 nights per week.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I’ve incidentally become much more of a teacher. People are always asking how I achieved my physique. Whenever I tell them I eat what I want, drink on the weekends, and train 3x per week, the look of bewilderment on their faces is priceless.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
Every aspect of my life has improved to some degree. Confidence, strength, and mobility are among the most notable.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Be patient–results are not going to happen overnight. Remember that we’re not perfect, so just try your best to stay consistent. If you have a bad day or even a bad week, don’t waste time getting down on yourself.
Any final notes?
I’d tried pretty much everything before I came across Kinobody. Trust in the advice and you’ll realize that getting stronger and leaning down is actually much easier than you had ever thought!
