What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Before Kinobody I was using variations of 5×5 and 3×5. I got really strong because I was eating a ton. But I had no definition. I was just strong and fat.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
It doesn’t take forever to finish the workouts. They were all the exercises I liked doing. And no cardio! Hate cardio.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Having a greater understanding of how simplicity makes for greater gains, whether in gaining strength or in losing weight.
Also having to buy all new clothes because all my current clothes are way too big.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
I know I’ll be able to keep up with my work outs and make continual gains even with a hectic schedule. At the same time not having to be a food nazi in order to achieve the look I want. And the best of all I can still drink Jack Daniels and eat ice cream without having to feel guilty afterwards.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Don’t over think it. Just do it.
Any final notes?
After wondering for so many years if the only way to get really strong is to gain a lot weight, Greg finally answered the question. Best of all you don’t have to kill yourself with hours of gym time and food restrictions to do it.
