What are the most effective six pack hacks?
In the quest to building an amazing body, complete with six pack abs, we often find ourselves, heavily salivating on the thought of finally achieving our goal.
Conventional wisdom, may even suggest this is a good thing. I beg to differ…You see, it is awesome to be motivated by our goals, but often, that motivation turns into an obsession with achieving our goal, and as a result, an absolute denial of the present moment.
We inevitably tell ourselves, we need to have six pack abs to be complete and happy. And in so doing, the entire adventure to achieving our goals, becomes diminished to merely a means to an end (instead of being deeply satisfying in it’s own right).
This simple, yet profound concept is what I had to internalize before I could finally achieve my goals. And once I did, all the struggle, stress and burden dissolved. And I began to flow towards my goals with ease…
The main key was this: Nothing is more important than this moment. Nothing is more important than the present moment. Even getting a six pack.
The reason for that? There is nothing other than the present moment.
Have you ever experienced life in the future? Of course not. Life is only experienced in the present.
So if you become so obsessed with the future, you live your whole life salivating over a moment that never comes. You spend your whole life, not wanting what you have, this moment.
This is a horrible way to live, but this has almost become the status quo. I wish to guide you out of it.
Here’s why so few people reach their fitness goals…
There is Far More TO yOur journey than getting a six pack
For the years I was struggling with my diet and maintaining a low body, I was not living in this very moment.
Everything I was doing was a means to an end…A means to a better place.
I wasn’t enjoying and embracing this very moment! Not in the least! I saw this moment as an obstacle and I wasn’t fully committing to the process.
Ask yourself – Are you chasing the future for a shredded physique?
Do you think life will be better once you have abs or bigger biceps?
It won’t be.
You see, that is not living. All we have is this very moment! The future is simply a mental projection. If you’re constantly idolizing, glorifying, or always looking to get somewhere you’re not at currently…
You’re devaluing life!
This is quickly going to create stress, unhappiness, burden, unease, heaviness, and struggle in your day to day life.
It’s the reason why so few can get lean, accomplish their financial goals or build the life they want.
No diet strategy or “best diet tips” will save you. Chasing an end result will ultimately lead to self destruction. Life is the Journey!
In fact, most people know what they have to do to get to their goals, one way or another. The problem is that something is stopping them from taking action and something is holding them back.
This Is HOW YOU SET YOURSELF DOWN THE RIGHT PATH
Please always keep this outlook in mind. The time we have here is much shorter than we think. You must understand and never forget that nothing is more important than what you have now in this present state!
Surrender yourself to life itself and learn to live in this very moment.
Here’s what I mean, what most people want in life contradicts their present identity. This is where self image comes into play.
It doesn’t matter if you want to be completely shredded in the future. What truly matters is how you see yourself right now. When you always associate and see yourself as being overweight and weak, you’ll constantly carry this negative perception.
Let go of this perception and learn to tune out those negative thoughts. When you’re able to pull away and witness these thoughts, they lose all power they have over you.
You can then reshape yourself each and everyday. Create a brand new you. But you can only do this once you’ve lost the old you.
Thinking back to when I was just focused on getting a six pack…struggling to reach my fitness goals actually led me into a huge downward spiral.
I had a failing diet strategy… I was binge eating all the time, I had no social life, I didn’t even date, and much more.
One of the biggest discoveries to help me learn this concept was practicing the teachings of Eckhart Tolle.
It took me a bit of time to grasp everything, but I highly recommend you listen to the audiotapes, and even read the books. This is something I work into my morning ritual.
This is as simple as downloading the audiobook Practicing the Power of Now.
Listen to it for 20 minutes each morning. Carry on where you left off the previous day. I recommend listening to the entire audiobook at least 3-5 times.
The idea isn’t to ‘understand’ this stuff on an intellectual level. It’s to be able to experience the shift in consciousness, to be able to learn to become more present and take control of your mind, instead of being controlled and defined by it.
And speaking of that, in the Aggressive Fat Loss Program, I expand on this concept in much more detail… While also providing drills to master being present to the moment and conquering the mental side of achieving your goals.

Here are a few emails of those putting these teachings into action…
My name is Marvin and I’m from Germany. I really love your site and I’m also doing your Greek God Program but also the spiritual part of your site I really enjoy! Since I’m doing meditations of Eckhart Tolle my feelings for the present and “living in the moment” went to the top! Already thank you soo much for that!
Kudos on all you’ve done. If all I ever got out of your site and products was the referral to Eckhart Tolle, it would be more than worth it.
What reaching your fitness goals Ultimately Comes Down To
Now by all means, set and work towards your goals! But learn to enjoy every step of the moment.
This is how you truly succeed.
The ego is never satisfied with what it currently has. It’s constantly bringing up the past or projecting your feelings into the future.
Think about this for a second. Every time you reach a goal, that moment is short lived. That moment disappears very fast and then you want the next big thing.
Reaching 12% body fat will quickly turn into wanting to reach 9% body fat. Getting a six pack abs won’t mean anything.
Life will never be enough if you do not enjoy what you’re doing right now. You need to live in this very moment and your fitness goals will come with much more ease, joy, and lightness.
