CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD
The competition submission period begins at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on December 26, 2016.
The doors for the contest CLOSE at 11:59 P.M. EST on January 9th, 2017.
All entries must be submitted with a “Before” photo with all measurements by 11:59 P.M. EST on January 9th, 2017.
No late or incomplete submissions will be accepted – NO exceptions.
The contest will then officially “begin” on Monday, January 9th, which (keep in mind) no submissions after this day will be accepted!
CONTEST ENDING DATE
The Transformation Challenge officially ends on April 10 – and we’re allowing up to 2 more days to take and submit your “before” and “after” pictures to be eligible for the Grand Prize… So MAKE SURE to get your After pictures taken and submitted – along with your Before pictures – by this date.
(You’re required to keep ALL of your before stats safe for the duration of the challenge to submit at the end.)
After April 12th, we’ll close down the contest for submissions and our judges will begin going through each challenge entry. It’s a tough job, so we’re allowing a full week to get through everyone’s submission.
On April 19, we’ll announce the winners of the 2017 Transformation Challenge on this page, on social media, and through the Kinobody email list… This is NOT the day to miss!

The 2017 Kinobody Transformation Challenge is completely FREE to enter! (You’re not even required to buy a “paid” Kinobody course (though it’s certainly encouraged as they’re the best/most comprehensive programs I have for you to follow).

You can follow a free workout from Kinobody.com or you can choose to invest in a Core Program aligned with your goals and which division you’re entering – the choice is yours.
Third, Work Hard & Build Your Best Body Ever
This challenge is designed to give you the kick you need to finally achieve your ideal physique. Work hard for the full 12 weeks for your shot at winning the Grand Prize.

I’ve been following the Greek God workout for contest. I’ve been making steady gains with no problem and feel great. Today incline press went up to 250@ 4 reps, 235 @ 6, and 215 @ 8. I couldn’t rep out 215 hit fatigue at 6.5 reps. Is this normal? I’ve been adding 5 pounds per lifting day so last time I did incline it was 245 @ 4, 235 @ 6, 215 @ 8 session before 245@ 4, 230@ 6, 215@8, etc. first time I’ve fatigued out.
Damn dude, that’s insane! I’d suggest getting some micro plates soon, 1.25 lbs. It’s gonna be hard to keep up that superhero pace of strength gains.
I was wondering what you think about Phase III from Visual Impact? It’s a more aggressive approach as it’s much lower in calories. Would I lose (a lot of) muscle when doing this for a few weeks?
Also, do you recommend that workout (and 5x a week) or the one from your shredding program?
Phase 3 is awfully brutal. There’s no way I could do that again, it’s just miserable. The 5x per week is a lot, I’d suggest just 3 lifts and some walking.
Hey Greg, first of all. Thanks for all the great work you put into your website, a lot of us really benefit from it.
Quick question…today is my second day of the Greek god program, I signed up for the 12week transformation, I started on Tuesday, I’m super sore though, I can barely move my arms, my triceps are killing me and my chest is really sore too. Do you recommend I go all out again today? I did workout A, of the strength and density. Thanks again Greg. Keep up the good work.
Yah you can workout again today because you’ll be doing different muscle groups so you’ll be fine.
Is it too late to join or are you accepting late comers?
Yeah… But there will probably be more in the future!
You didn’t post it on your recommended workouts for the competition, but I’ll be using your 2 day density split, best workout I’ve followed in a long time. Just in case anyone else was interested in doing the same.

Hey greg. Could you just tell me that how should I grow my height? I’m 19.
Yes, one more thing can I just do normal workout for three days? Like for example: Leg raises, push-ups, leg-lifts and calve raises, Are those enough?

You can’t grow your height. Height is completely genetic. If you’re still growing I’d suggest lots of sleep and a healthy diet. Also hanging and bridging is great for posture and spinal alignment.

Quick question. How many grams of protein are there in an ounce (28g) of raw chicken breast? I get mixed results whenever i look at them in the internet. Some say 4g protein per ounce, while others say 5,6,7, etc.
Usually 100g of raw chicken has about 20g of protein.

I submitted my entry last night around 10 pm I believe I live in Arizona I hope I didn’t miss the cutoff. I just read that you have to have measurements in and I missed the chest and shoulders because I didn’t have the right tailor’s measuring tape to use and the boxes said ‘if available’ does that mean since I left them blank that I will be kicked out of the contest? Either way, I’m still gonna go the 12 weeks really pumped for this. Thanks!

Do the pictures have to include our face?
Yes because we need to be able to ensure that it’s the same person. People would be pretty upset if someone won that didn’t show their face.

Further I am 175cm. Training about 1 year. 33 yo male.
You’re on the upper threshold of suggested body fat for bulking. I would cut down to 10-12% body fat before you think about gaining weight.

Completely unrelated lol…but if I’m 12lbs away from my goal is it ok to go for 1.5lb of fat loss a week instead of 1? Or will that screw with metabolism eventually causing a plateau?
You’ll have to test it for your self. You could probably get away with 1.5 lbs per week for the first 6 pounds. Then you’ll want to take it slower and no more than a pound per week.
This should totally be done around late march. I’m still in the muscle building phase before I will cut and I feel that is hard to make a huge difference building muscle VISUALLY when your at 11% or so body fat around 187lbs. Curious on what you see me doing if I join this
Well there’s two separate categories. So if you join the muscle building phase you’ll be only be facing the people that are trying to build muscle. So you’ll still have a pretty good chance.

Yeah you should be able to log back in and change categories. If you aren’t able to then you can resubmit it.
Can you shore more details about KinoChef? Haven’t seen any info on it yet.

I had been meaning to ask you this. After signing up it said something about being sure to indicate which program you were going use. How do we do this? Whenever i clicked on the program it just took me to the page ( i’ll be using the greek god and it took me to the page where you buy this…. )
So did i misunderstand, and i dont need to send this info, or did i miss something?
