Should a solid nutrition plan be enough to bring out the V-cut in the abs, or does that muscle still need a bit of developing?
Nutrition will get you about 90-95% of the way there. The other 5-10% will be getting your abs really strong. Hanging leg raises and abs wheel roll outs are key.
