[…] fasting is because I can eat a huge meal like this, boost testosterone and still lose fat. kinobody.com/… #fasting #benefits #fatloss #intermittentfasting […]
Great video setting out a workable approach to intermittent fasting. Here in the U.K. the 5:2 is very popular. I’ve been fasting two days a week for over two years. (Usually Mondays and Wednesdays).
The results have been more than I hoped for. I lost 18 lb. in weight which in turn gave me more energy to start an exercise programme.
There are quite a few variants to the fasting diet so folk have plenty of choices in finding what suits their lifestyle.
Best Wishes.
Hey Greg thanks for all the great content. I’ve really enjoyed all your posts and videos and got a lot of use out of them. If there is anything I can do for you at all please let me know, i’d be happy to return the favor. I’m a winemaker here in the Napa Valley so feel free to reach out if you’re in the area! (I contacted you via email but the response email mentioned leaving a comment here as a better way to get ahold of you) Hope all is well, cheers!
Tried fasting last year, I usually ate my last meal at 08 pm and then the first meal 16 hours later at noon. It really worked great, never quite got the 6-pack showing – probably because exam preparations messed it up. But as you(Greg) says, it’s easy and training while fasting is no problem(maybe except for HIIT workouts, at least I couldn’t do that)
Anyways greetings from Denmark, I’m gonna get my fasting on!
